Peach County Kindergarten Registration Slated for March 28 | Arts & Culture

Peach County School parents can register their children in kindergarten on March 28 from 5-7 p.m.

Dear Parents,

We appreciate your interest in your child attending Peach County Schools. Our Kindergarten Registration will take place on March 28th from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at  ALL Elementary Schools . All students entering kindergarten for the 2013-2014 school year are required to complete the kindergarten registration process.  To complete the registration process the following information must be provided:

As with all school systems, there are certain state and local requirements and documentation required for enrollment and proper placement of your child. Providing the following documentation within the prescribed time limits is your responsibility:

1.     Parent/Guardian Photo ID

2.     Certified Birth Certificate

3.     Guardianship/Custody orders if the child does not live with his/her natural parents

4.     Two Proofs of  Residency- Lease or Mortgage plus one of the following:

--Utility Bill (electric, water, or cable bill)

--Property tax statement or income tax statement

--Automobile registration or insurance

--Mail from any government agency

5.     Social Security Card

6.     Ear, Eye and Dental Screening, Georgia Form 3300 (available from a doctor or the Health Department)

7.     Immunization Certificate, Georgia Form 3231 (available from a doctor or the Health Department)

8.     School Records and Last Report Card, if transferring from another school system.

9.     Remember, all applicants must be five years old on or before September 1, 2013.
